SHIPPING INFO - All orders that are shipped to an address that is located in the state of Louisiana are subject to a 4 to 9% state sales tax, depending on your location. Any orders that are shipped outside the state of Louisiana are not subject to a sales tax. Most orders are shipped same day. Please be aware that - unless your item is designated as a "free shipping" item on its individual page - shipping will be added to your order. On occasion the shipping may be higher than indicated on your order. The shipping manager in our program does not see packages - it only sees pounds. There is no way for it to calculate how we will pack items. Also, if your shipment weighs over 150 lbs. and is shipping by UPS, it will not show shipping. We will contact you before shipping any order on which the shipping is higher than indicated on your order. We ship orders via UPS or Fedex ground residential service inside the United States unless otherwise specified by you. Shipping rates are calculated real time based on weight and destination. We look for the most economical way to ship. We do not - as many websites do - try to make a profit off of shipping and handling. If you have any questions on shipping, please call us. Please be aware that special shipping such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select can really make a huge difference in the price of your shipping. Our UPS Shipping Calculator gives you the opportunity to check several methods of shipping when you are placing your order. As stated above, this is not alway right in the case of heavy orders or multiple packages. Feel free to call us should you be concerned about this. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We WILL NOT be responsible for duty, customs and brokerage fees. That is the responsibility of the customer. We will only bill you up front for merchandise and shipping charges. If you do not pay these fees and we receive a bill for them, your credit card will be charged for the amount we are billed by the carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS!! There will always be shipping on International Orders. It may sometimes not show due to glitches in our shipping manager (which we are working to correct). If you need more information, there is a Comments section on the order form near the end, where you can type your questions and we will email you before we ship. RETURN POLICY - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please see below for information about returning merchandise to CSP Outdoors. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee - unless and exchange of an equal or greater value is made. Special order items are nonrefundable. To obtain a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with associated packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping - unless there was a problem or mistake on the part of CSP Outdoors. Please allow 10-15 days for your return and credit request to be processed. Credit will only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER. To obtain this number, please call 800-592-6940 and ask for Mark Dye. Your return will be refused if it does not have an RMA NUMBER assigned to it. We advise that you ship all returned items via insured mail or UPS. We cannot issue credit for lost packages that do not reach our warehouse. Credit for lost packages must be issued by the carrier. Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, Monday through Friday. We also have limited staff on hand on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. till Noon CDT.
